ABSTRACT
It would be good practice to ask questions like: “What has the project taught us?” “What would we do the same and what would we do differently in similar situations?” and “What tips can we give others, reinterpreting the experience that we have acquired in this project?” It would be better to ask these questions while the project is in progress, and not only at the end of the project. This is especially true for long and complex projects.
