ABSTRACT
One of the first activities to be performed during project planning is the requirements analysis. The requirements analysis is essential for the success of the project, basically for these reasons:
• The project environment is populated by numerous and diverse stakeholders who pile the project with expectations (synonyms: requirements, needs). The expectations may be stated or implied, consistent or inconsistent with the project objectives, feasible or nonfeasible.
