ABSTRACT
Providing services to the ever increasing number of visually impaired people involves not only the need to train more ophthalmic professionals, but for existing services to improve quality, become more productive and efficient, and have a variety of services and amenities available to patients at an affordable price. Underutilization of current services is a challenge.
