ABSTRACT
To better understand food safety evaluation, awareness of the main causes of food safety risks, top concerns about food safety risks of urban and rural residents, as well as their evaluation of food safety regulation and law enforcement by the government, and to investigate solutions of food safety risks, we conducted a special survey in 96 sites in 12 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities (hereinafter referred to as provinces and regions). is chapter summarizes the main findings of the survey and provides a preliminary analysis.
