ABSTRACT
A procedure was suggested for intensifying the complexation of neodymium chloride with isopropyl alcohol in preparation of the neodymium catalyst for polyisoprene synthesis by using a small-size tubular turbulent diffuser-confuser apparatus in the step of the reaction mixture formation.
