OK, now it is time to rise and shine. Show everyone what you’ve got. Explain your idea. Without going too tactical, explain briefly WHAT you are proposing . . . not HOW you plan to make it happen.
5.1 Executive Overview This is the time to create a summary of your proposal. The notion of this section being an “executive” summary is deliberate. In other words, keep it short and to the point. You have explained the problem and the senior decision makers are paying attention. Now they want to know what you have in mind.
