ABSTRACT
The properties of concrete in the hardened state can be discussed in three broad categories as strength, dimensional stability and durability. These groups are generally interrelated with each other and each is comprised of several subgroups. Furthermore, all the properties of hardened concrete depend on its properties and the conditions encountered in the fresh state and at early ages.
