ABSTRACT
Once installed, SPSS can be opened like any other windows-based application by clicking on the start menu at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and by clicking on SPSS for windows from the list of programs; or by clicking on the icon on the screen. This activates the SPSS data editor window as shown in the following figure.
