ABSTRACT

The idea is as far as it is possible to determine, how successful the integrated environmental management project has been.

Obviously, to answer these crucial questions it is required to measure several quality parameters that assess the water quality, air quality, soil quality, and ecological functions of the focal ecosystems. If the environmental diagnosis has applied an assessment of ecological indicators or the ecosystems services, it would be obvious to determine the same indicators and ecosystem services after the project completion. If an ecological model has been developed, the same model now based on the conditions determined by accomplishment of the project should be applied and the model results can most probably answer the raised questions directly.
