ABSTRACT

The problem of decrease in gas emissions for the purpose of maintenance of admissible concentration of dust in air basin can be solved, if for each case study legitimately to choose economic and effective enough deduster. The cyclonic clearing of plant emissions passed round now of suspended matters has cost 10 times less than their wet clearing, and also clearing in bag hoses and electrostatic precipitators. However, cyclone separators used under production conditions not always secure with demanded quality of clearing and have other defects (Batting, 2003). To perspective methods of raise of efficiency of a dust separation of finely divided corpuscles, it is possible to refer to wet clearing of gas. For this method, difficult mass transfer processes occurs during the interaction of a gas-dispersed stream with drops of an irrigating liquid are characteristic [1-10]. Therefore, speed and the concentration of phases defining clearing of gas emissions change.
