14.1 INTRODUCTION
Colossal scales of industrial human activity have led to the big positive transformations to the world-to creation of powerful industrial and agricultural potential, wide development of all types of transport, an irrigation, and melioration big ground area the squares, to creation of systems of an artificial climate. At the same time has sharply worsened air state. The further decline air state can lead to far-reaching negative aftereffects for mankind. Therefore wildlife management, its protection against pollution became one of the major global problems (Smiths, 1979; Feodors, 1972; and Tsygankov, 1979).
