ABSTRACT
The bias here is that the increased complexity of projects today requires much tighter integration and innovativeness than ever before. Likewise, companies require more out of their projects than ever before. One way to achieve a more efficient result is to adopt newer, swifter, and “lighter” project methodologies while recognizing that project life cycles do have a great deal of similarly. This strategy is required to facilitate sharing of information across a “virtual project enterprise.” So, what is this methodology?
