ABSTRACT
Let us describe this list as a wish list because it likely will not be the real-world case. However, it does provide a visible overview of desirable attributes representing project
execution status. If we observe one or more of these not going so well, it would indicate some underlying management issue that needs to be understood and dealt with. A second point that emerges from this list is that all of the knowledge areas are in play during the execution phase and the list above contains visible components from those knowledge areas.
