ABSTRACT
EV is a contemporary project management technique that has gained broad industry acceptance over the past few years. This acceptance process took over 40 years of scrutiny and prodding, mostly by DoD to its contractors. Evidence now shows that EV provides one of the most effective and meaningful tools available to measure and report project cost, schedule, and performance. EV has the unique ability to combine cost, time, and scope completion measurements within a single integrated methodology.
