ABSTRACT
PMI has developed a formal Code of Conduct for Professional Responsibility. The basic structure of this code deals with the following values (as defined in the PMBOK® Guide) (PMI):
• Responsibility • Respect responsibility • Fairness • Honesty
Although each of these terms is reasonably familiar to most, implementation of the underlying concepts behind the term is not necessarily easy. Figure 38.1 provides a good overview of the basic actions related to each of the key structure components.
