ABSTRACT
The procedure we used in Chapter 18 to solve the Neumann problem in a simply connected domain must be altered to apply in a multiply connected domain because not every harmonic function can be expressed globally as a sum h+H. The modification involves the harmonic measure functions and the functions F ′j studied in Chapter 19.
