ABSTRACT
The growing resistance to antimicrobial agents of all respiratory tract bacterial pathogens has made the management of sinusitis more difficult. This chapter presents the current information regarding the antimicrobial resistance of the organisms involved in sinusitis and the approaches to antimicrobial therapy.
