ABSTRACT
The anatomy of the diencephalic-spinal dopaminergic tract, originating from the A11 to A14 nuclei might explain all of the RLS features (13,14). The tract is near the suprachiasmatic nucleus, which controls circadian control, is dopaminergic, is involved in sensory control, and projects into the spinal cord.
