ABSTRACT

Infratentorial arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) can be divided into dural, parenchymal, or combination lesions. Parenchymal AVMs can be further separated into those affecting the brainstem and cerebellum. This chapter deals with cerebellar parenchymal AVMs, including those arising within the hemispheres (lobar), vermis, or peduncles dorsal to the brainstem.
