ABSTRACT
In striving to make this text complete we found that there were several topics that did not fit neatly into other chapters, yet were important disorders worthy of inclusion. Accordingly, a separate chapter was created to include endometriosis, pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis (PCI), colitis cystica profunda (CCP), and malakoplakia.
