ABSTRACT
While the diagnosis and management of nonallergic rhinitis (NAR) sometimes may be relatively straightforward, there are many cases that can be challenging if not vexing. This discussion will provide a practical, logical clinical approach to the diagnosis andmanagement of NAR, including subtleties of diagnosis that are sometimes neglected and considerations that may assist in more appropriate selection of treatments from the available array of standard and alternative treatment options.
