ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION In this chapter, I will attempt to provide a brief overview, and address transcatheter management of common interatrial communications using the CardioSEAL®/STARFlex® occluder devices. We will consider three major types of atrial septal defects: secundum, primum, and sinus venosus, and the PFO.
