ABSTRACT
Picotage or nappage This is the classic injection technique. Single punctures are performed, injecting one drop of the product into the superficial dermis. The injections are spaced 1 cm apart and the needle penetrates the treated area 2-2.5 mm (Figures 4.1-4.3). The needle can be vertical or angled 45° obliquely and the physician maintains a constant pressure on the plunger (Figures 4.4-4.7).
