ABSTRACT
Development of a refined method for cryopreservation of human pronuclear embryos is an important topic, as it is illegal to cryopreserve an oocyte after fusion of the pronuclei due to ethical difficulties in some countries. To date, in some centers, numerous babies have been born after transfer of embryos developed from frozen pronuclear embryos.1
