ABSTRACT
A 36-year-old man presents to the emergency department following a road trac collision. He has fractured his right tibia and also complains of pain in his neck. On examination, he is unable to li his right arm, which is medially rotated and extended at the elbow. ere is a loss of sensation on the lateral side of the right arm and forearm.
