ABSTRACT
Advanced stages of cellulite involve multi-level pathologic changes in a ected tissue, i.e., cellular, metabolic, circulatory, physiologic, and biomechanical; and therefore treatment modalities require interventions capable of dealing with many if not all of these pathologic changes in order to deliver e ective and long-lasting improvement.
