ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we will continue the discussion of the responsibilities of the agile project manager. In the previous chapter, we discussed the activities that the project manager performs to get a project started. In this chapter, we will assume that the project is already under way, and the project manager is now monitoring and reporting the progress of the project and, when needed, making changes to assert some control over the project.
