ABSTRACT
The ultimate goal is not a library full of SRFMEA risk assessments. The ultimate goal is a socially responsible organization, an organization that is continually striving for improved performance. Even more important than recognizing the opportunity to improve social responsibility performance is achieving it. This chapter discusses what to do to improve performance after the risk assessment is complete.
