ABSTRACT
For all hemispheric tumors, primary surgery is the most important step within the therapeutic strategy. Further steps such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy have to be considered for children with incompletely resected tumors and those with relapse according to the general lines stated for low-grade glioma.
