ABSTRACT
In the previous chapters, the author introduced the concepts of limit equilibrium methods, limit analysis methods, SRMs and DEMs. At present, there are various commercial softwares targeting these methods of analysis, and some numerical procedures for the stability analysis are introduced in this chapter so that students can appreciate the actual procedures required in the numerical analysis.
