ABSTRACT
Entry into the medical and surgical specialities is at three separate levels: ST1, ST2 and ST3. A person specification is published for each speciality (available on the MMC website), and the suitability for entry into each level is determined by the essential selection criteria. However, if you can tick all of the desirable boxes this will undoubtedly increase your chances of being shortlisted for interview.
