ABSTRACT

First impressions in any interview are very important. It is essential to be well presented and any evidence that you may need to produce during the interview should be easily accessible.

You should receive information from your deanery as to what you should take to interview. In accordance with the NHS Pre-and Post-Appointments Checks Direction 2002 and Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, the deanery is required to verify your identity, registration, qualifications and status with respect to working. The following are usually required and it is worth packing these well in advance of the day:

● Proof of identity, e.g., passport or official photo ID (original + two photocopies of those pages showing your name and signature).
