ABSTRACT
Non-ligamentous knee injuries represent a large variety of intra-articular and extra-articular pathologies, which often present with similar subjective complaints and symptoms, but differ significantly in examination findings and management. The focus of this chapter will be to review conditions within this group, including synovial disease, cartilage injury, meniscus injury, extensor mechanism problems and closed degloving injury.
