ABSTRACT
The crucial role of the finances in IT is the reason a new stage is introduced in the
analysis scheme. Because the most financially concentrated asset in every organiza-
tion is the data center, a standardized method to measure the total cash outlay for
its physical infrastructure is in high demand. Companies can get more purchasing
power and preserve cash for operational issues by designing IT budgets, identifying
IT budget items, developing appropriate pricing strategies, and implementing and
operating financial management. Effective management of the power utilized is an
essential part of an enterprise’s economic policy. This chapter focuses on presenting
the financial, economic and environmental stages in the analysis process. The first
analysis was presented in [63].
