ABSTRACT
Especially wind power reached grid parity and has met technical and economical conditions. Having advantages, north European countries develop large-scale offshore wind farms because of the affluent potential of offshore wind power. In Korea, the government announced “Southwest 2.5 GW Offshore Wind Project Mast Plan” in November 2011 and local government plan the Jeju (2 GW) and Jeonnam (4 GW) Offshore Projects.
