ABSTRACT
The purpose of this appendix is to give more details on how robust data reduction procedures can be implemented within the software R. We will point the reader to the relevant libraries or to source files accompanying the book where something is missing from the currently available libraries. We will also discuss the main options for fine tuning of the procedures. Of course, the interested reader is recommended to read the online manual of the functions below, when they are included in a library, with a call along the lines of help(function).
