ABSTRACT

Ingredients 2 c. soy sauce

1 c. white vinegar

½ c. sake

½ c. water

4 ea. garlic cloves, minced

4 ea. scallions, minced

2 tsp. ginger, minced

2 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. chili sauce

¼ c. honey

2 tsp. hoisin

2 tsp. bean paste

Method Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
