14.1 INTRODUCTION

During the interaction of oppositely charged heterogeneous systems the certain compensation of volume energy of interacting structures takes place which leads to the decrease in the resulting energy (e.g., during the hybridization of atomic orbitals). But this is not the direct algebraic deduction of the corresponding energies. The comparison of multiple regularities of physical, chemical and biological processes allow assuming that in such and similar cases the principle of adding the reciprocals of volume energies or kinetic parameters of interacting structures are executed.
