ABSTRACT
Notwithstanding general point of view, peroxide oxidation of lipids is a physiological process of normal metabolizing tissues and follows the same laws as lipids oxidation does in vitro in liquid phase. Fine regulation of lipid oxidation in cell takes place both by chemical ways and with the help of enzymes. The rate of lipid oxidation is supported by a few systems, each of which is working within strick limits on relating stages of the process, having its own limiting reactions [1].
