ABSTRACT

The temperature dependences of the resistivity and the specic heat of composite lms based on modied carbon multiwalled nanotubes and multilayered graphene in the 77-450 K temperature range in the process of heating and cooling are studied. The maxima of the resistivity and specic heat, relative to the phase transition from a metal conductivity to a semiconductive behavior, are found at T = 340 K and T = 420 K in the composite lms based on the carbon multiwalled nanotubes and multilayered graphene, respectively.
