ABSTRACT

The term interoperability implies ubiquitous communication and a clear, precise language where the meanings of terms and ideas leave no room for doubt or interpretation. We, as human beings, have yet to accomplish this task successfully in our communications. Mathematics is the closest we have come to precisely describe some aspects of the universe, but this too is imprecise till we understand the entire complexity of space-time, dark energy, and dark matter that comprises approximately 90% of our universe, but we still have few clues on its composition. How can we describe the universe precisely if we are unsure of its underlying composition? A grand unified field theory that unites strong and weak interactions of particles and electromagnetic and gravitational forces into a single series of formulas even eluded Einstein. Medical science is evolving, so too is our schema for describing it.
