ABSTRACT
In the present chapter, we discussed the hydroxyapatite (HAp) coating and its applications. You may ask why HAp coating is required at all. You may also inquire about the factors that influence the properties of HAp coatings and so on. We shall attempt in this chapter to provide some answers to such queries.
