ABSTRACT
Systems of equations and their solutions, the subjects of Chapter 2, are purely algebraic. Virtually all that material has a geometric interpretation, however, that will help us understand the algebra better. The algebra, in return provides a powerful tool for solving geometry problems. Linear algebra is in many respects a dance between algebra and geometry: each partner helps the other to do things they could not do alone.
