ABSTRACT

Occupational health and safety management, or risk management, includes a summary of activities that follow one common goal-safety of the Man-MachineEnvironment system. It was not many years ago that the experts’ opinion of occupational health and safety being related rst and foremost to the eld of engineering was prevalent. Experiences and technological development only proved that it is not possible to replace the role of a man nowadays, and that the system Man-Machine will still be relevant. One of the goals of environmental management systems is the minimization of environmental risks and, nally, their elimination-all of the procedures included in the system of risk management.
