ABSTRACT

Garrett loves to shop, particularly for food. Shopping is a social occasion for him. He knows most of the employees at the supermarket by their rst names and has been known to kill a couple of hours shopping for food for the week. He particularly likes the perimeter of the store because that is where the good stuff is. He likes fresh produce, high-quality meats, and chilled and frozen foods. The middle aisles are particularly boring with all those cans, boxes, and cartons. He knows the food on the perimeter is more expensive, but he is very selective and usually gets good value for his money.
