ABSTRACT
Common name: Pacic pink shrimp, ocean shrimp
Distribution: Tropical to temperate; Eastern Pacic; Alaska, Canada, and USA
Habitat: On or near the seabed; depth range 36-457 m
Description: This species, which grows to a maximum length of 3 cm, is usually found on green mud or mixed mud and sand bottoms. Species is protandric hermaphrodite. Only one brood is produced every year.
