ABSTRACT
The value chain network model enables us to address the practical problem solving required for effective implementation of eHealthcare. We link the value drivers of performance management, time management, and cost management to value delivery through the value proposition. Thus, ICT eHealthcare applications make the whole delivery process efficient and effective and provide greater value capture through competitive advantage.
