ABSTRACT
The City of Toronto (bound by Steeles Avenue in the north, Lake Ontario in the south, Etobicoke Creek and Highway 427 in the west and the Rouge River in the east) encompasses approximately 630 square kilometers, or 243 square miles, of territory within which over 2.6 million people live.
