ABSTRACT
One critically important component of a re safety management program is maintaining re protection systems. Proper maintenance requires that all re protection systems be inspected, tested, and maintained at frequencies recommended by manufacturers and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). This chapter outlines some crucial areas of maintenance and inspection for automatic sprinkler systems.
