ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Books on basic network theory usually include the Fourier series and Fourier integral theories, but the subject is not strongly related to network analysis. Both Fourier methods are always taught in courses on mathematics and we assume that the student either has been, or will be, exposed to them elsewhere. We cover only those points which have some importance for the material of this book.
